What is her background?

Before founding Flawless HR, Mariah held senior roles as an employment lawyer, workplace relations consultant, and director of people & culture for a national company. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of International Relations (Honours).

Emma Sandilands

Business & Relationship Manager

With a diverse career within leading organisations such as Royal Australian Air Force, Apple and Cisco Systems, Emma bring a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and HR acumen. Beginning in the Air Force, she developed essential skills in network security, ICT support, and team leadership. Transitioning into the corporate world, she served as a Project Coordinator at Cisco, managing complex projects, coordinating international travel, and supporting high-level stakeholders.

Emma’s blend of military precision, corporate experience, and HR knowledge equips her to effectively manage and optimise human capital within Flawless and for our valued clients.

Sian Donazzon

Senior Paralegal

As a final year Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Media and Communication student, Sian combines her academic knowledge with practical experience gained through working as a paralegal in many areas of law, including employment law.

What are her focus areas?

Sian has also advised small to medium-sized businesses as a workplace relations consultant. When she’s not delving into modern awards or policy work, Sian keeps busy working part-time in refugee law.
